Datuk Muhd Khair Razman Bin Mohamed Annuar, 59 years old, graduated with a Master of Laws (International Law) from Southampton University (UK). Started his career in public service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1994.
Throughout his service, he has worked at the District and Land Office, Penang, the Ministry of Energy, Communications and Multimedia, the Ministry of Home Affairs / Ministry of Home Affairs, the Deputy Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Human Resources, the Ministry of Unity, the Public Service Department and the Secretary’s Office Perlis State Government and most recently as Secretary General of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development.

SHAMSUDIN ABDUL LATIF
Shamsudin Abdul Latif is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in corporate banking, capital management, and client relationship management. He has a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska, USA, from 1989 to 1991. His specialization was in Accounting, with a minor in Finance. He is also a Licensed Treasury Dealer certified by the Financial Markets Association, Malaysia (1997) and completed the Foundation Programme Examination in Hong Kong in 2002, accredited by the Hong Kong Securities Institute and the Securities and Futures Commission.
In his career, he has held several prominent positions. From 2014 to 2017, he served as an Executive Partner at R&A Capital Limited, where he was responsible for capital and debt markets, corporate banking, and client relationship management. Since 2016, he has been appointed as Chairman, Audit Committee Member, and Board Director of Kumpulan Modal Perdana Sdn Bhd. DATO’ PADUKA HJ. AHMAD BIN KASIM
Dato’ Paduka Hj. Ahmad Bin Kasim is an individual with a solid and outstanding educational background. He completed his Diploma in Agricultural Science at Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at Universiti Teknologi MARA, and a Master’s Degree in Islamic Studies at Open University Malaysia.
He has received several prestigious awards in recognition of his contributions and services, including the Setia Diraja Kedah (SOK) in 2010, the Darjah Setia Diraja Kedah (DSDK) in 2013, and the Darjah Paduka Sultan Solahudin (DPSS) in 2019.
In the realms of social and business involvement, he serves as a Board Member of Pusat Saudara Baru (PUSBA-MAIK), the President of Angkatan Belia Islam Malaysia (ABIM) Kedah, the Head of Activities and Development Bureau of Nadwah Persuratan Islam Malaysia, and the Secretary of Masjid Al-Ariffin, Jalan Datuk Kumbar, Alor Setar.
At the international level, he represented ABIM at the Islamic Organizations Conference in Istanbul, Turkey, in 1995, and at the Malaysian and Indonesian Students Conference at AIAN Aceh. Encik Md Ysahrudin Bin Kusni, was appointed as a Member of the Board of Directors of FELCRA Berhad on 8 January 2025 for two (2) years, as he is an Independent Non-Executive Director.
He received his education at Universiti Malaysia Pahang, and was awarded an Executive Bachelor in Business Management.
He is also an agricultural and plantation entrepreneur in the palm oil field.
